Early access, or a question about the product

Write to hello@sumn.run. It helps to include the process you'd put on a playbook first, roughly how often it runs today, and who currently checks the result. That is most of a qualification call, and it saves you having one.

Something you found in the platform

Security reports go to hello@sumn.run with "Security" in the subject line, and they get read before anything else in the inbox. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it. We won't take action against anyone reporting a genuine issue in good faith.

Your data

Requests about personal data, access or deletion go to privacy@sumn.run. What we hold and for how long is on the privacy page.

Anything else

Press, partnerships and the messages that fit none of the above also go to hello@sumn.run. There is no form, no routing menu and no scheduling link, because at this size they would only put distance between you and the person who would have answered anyway.
